Two key verses of our Mission Statement are Matthew 9:37-38, "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.", and Romans 8:14, "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God." Together they spell out a Bible philosophy of service. 1. We are sent out by the Lord of the Harvest, under his command and authority. 2. We don't know what to do, until the Lord, the Spirit, leads us, commands us, and teaches us what our specific harvest is for now. Our Bible Studies reflect this philosophy -- Lord Jesus, Send Us !! and Lord Jesus -- Teach Us and Lead Us !!!
